Master Bedroom For Rent

I live in a sq ft home, with new carpets, new appliances, and a large fenced in yard complete with outdoor patio seating and a fire pit. The room for rent is fully furnished with a full bed, dresser, nightstand and TV, and includes a walk in closet and attached HALF bathroom. I keep a very clean home and would expect the same of a roommate (at least in common areas!) Internet, and utilities are included in price of rent, also there is in-unit laundry !! I am and work in home health, usually long days. I do have ADT+ security, and a keyless entry.
DISCLAIMER! I do have a dog and cat. the cat stay to himself mostly in the laundry/storage room. (all pet supplies are kept in there, I CANT stand pet odor) My dog is a 5month old cane corso. He is crate trained and spends most time in the yard while I work.
