Professional Renter Seeking Room

Hi, I’m relocating to Pittsburgh around the last week of September / October 1st and I’m looking for a room to rent.
A little about me:
I work full-time and keep a pretty quiet routine. Most of the time I’m either in my AirPods, relaxing, or asleep
I enjoy music, movies, birdwatching, and painting occasionally.

What I’m looking for:
A fair-priced room with no hidden costs (utilities included would be ideal).
I’d prefer a smaller household — I’m fine with roommates but not a crowded house.
Female/LGBT+ friendly household.
Ideally, roommates who are also professionals with a similar type of schedule.
I’d love to set up a virtual tour/meeting to see the space and make sure we’re a good match.
