This is a really nice, updated .5 bath house less than mile from Rocky Mountain High school and close to CSU. This will be our 3rd year living in this house. The landlords are great, neighborhood is nice, and house is amazing! All rooms except available bedroom are furnished, so no need to bring couches, tables, chairs, etc. Available bedroom is on 2nd level with the other 2 bedrooms and has a private bathroom just down the hall. Room comfortably fits queen bed, small desk and dresser. The room is available to move in now and lease will be through July .

Roommate must be dog friendly! We have 2 dogs currently and cannot have any more cats or dogs due to landlord rules.

My fiancé, Nathan, and I are getting married in summer , so we are just not in a place to buy a house or rent on our own yet! We are both working professionals and work a fairly normal schedule, spend a good amount of time cooking at home, hanging out with friends and being outside with the dogs! We occasionally have a game or poker night with friends at the house, but are typically pretty low key. We are looking for a roommate who is clean and tidy, will respect shared spaces, doesn’t smoke or party (too much), and will love on the dogs! We think another working professional or grad school student would be a good fit!
