2 rooms on the 3rd floor of a Covington townhouse, myself and my best friend (also male) are living on the 2nd floor, the two women who lived on the 3rd are moving out due to their leases ending. Rent is /mo, plus utilities & internet come out to around per person per month depending on the time of year. The 3rd floor has a shared full bathroom and its own AC unit. New tenants are subject to a Zillow background check and must pay a safety deposit equivalent to the first month's rent. The location is within a minute walk to nearly everything in Covington. We have no preferences for gender, race, religion, ethnicity, or sexual preferences, we don't care because it shouldn't matter anyway.
