private bath and great neighborhood

Private bath, fenced in backyard, great neighborhood, a respectful clean and friendly roommate and a pretty cute doggo to share the space with.

Me: occupational therapist, straight, generally cooking cleaning walking/hiking or dog training after work, social when time and my social battery allows it, likes reading coffee being outside working out and the occasional glass of wine at the end of the day.

Puppy dog: large mixed breed, medium coat 2 year old dog. loves hikes walks and playing. crate trained and knows her commands. has been going to drop off training 2 days a week and gets her exercise with mom after work. gets along with and enjoys playing with other dogs most of the time but not all the time so not looking to add another dog.

Signing a lease in the next week that fits the above description, moving in around Sep 6, and looking to find a female roommate soon to help pay rent and share a cozy clean space.
