Hi, I currently have one room available starting ptowards the end of August. Kitchen/ laundry access available. The common areas are shared although not for tons of storage. The only room not shared is my Master bedroom. There is a neighborhood park nearby that is fun for walking. There is a neighborhood pool near the entrance of the neighborhood.
There is driveway parking and also street parking.
My name is Jacob. I work minutes away where I am a warehouse leader/specialist. I also buy and sell furniture. My schedule does change but as of right now my off days are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday. I enjoy working, staying active, spending time with friends and family and going to church where I help with security. A deposit equal to one months rent
will be due along with the first month rent. Looking for a friendly hardworking individual to rent the room. It will be on a month to month basis. All are welcome.
