Wireless internet connection is included. You can park in the driveway or front of the house. Storage in the garage is available. I personally don’t grill but you are welcome to cook on the backyard. You will have access to your own refrigerator and kitchen. The street I reside is normally quiet as well as the subdivision. Katy Crossing has 2 walking trails along the lakes. There is a splash pad by the entrance. We are close to and Elyson master build. Please ask if I omitted anything.
