Seeking for a Responsible Rommate

I have 1 room available in a 5 bedroom house I own, located in San Diego. Move in date would be November 1st
.
The house has been recently renovated with new paint, with a huge backyard and 3 car garage for storage. The house is fully furnished in the common areas, so only looking for a minimalist roommate that will furnish his/her own room. My parents live in the room downstairs. Room could comfortably fit a full/queen size bed, tall dresser, and desk. No pets (allergic), drugs, and preferably no overnight guests.
Rent will be $, everything included (SDG&E, internet, water, trash). Lease will be month-to-month. $
security deposit required.
An ideal fit would be someone in the military,
