Hello, I'm in need of a roommate!
My current roommate is moving out, and I'd like another girl my age ('s) to fill her spot on the lease. I live in a bath, rented through The Wondery in Sioux Falls. It's $ a month that we split, water is about $ a month, I currently pay for electricity, all that would need to be covered is internet. A background check needs to be passed, and decent credit is required.
It's pet friendly, allows 2 pets max, and I currently have my own cat. I'm not in school, but I work full time, and tend to keep to myself. I'd love to meet up with anyone interested to talk more about the apartment, and get to know you.
