Looking for respectful/conscientious housemate with a full-time job outside the home or is a full-time student with a source of income.
The house is in Sparks near Red Hawk Golf Course.
The room for rent is on the street level and shares a den and bathroom with one housemate, whose room is on the other side of the den.
Another housemate lives upstairs and does not use the den area.
The shared downstairs bathroom has a separate sink/cabinet for each of you.
The bedroom is currently unfurnished - but can be furnished if necessary.
Bedroom faces the backyard and is approximately , easily fitting a queen bed, nightstand and dresser.
There is a refrigerator and microwave available for you to use in the downstairs den area.
Full house privileges - kitchen and half-bath upstairs, laundry, den with entrance to back yard and street.
Month-to-month rental -- open to longer term lease after the first two months.
No smoking, drugs.
Reference/Employment/Background and Credit Check will be done.
Paid utilities includes water, gas, electric and garbage.
There are indoor-only cats in the upstairs portion of the home so no other pets allowed.
