Hello. We are 2 sisters looking for a roommate in our 3 bedroom home. We are both in our early 's and mexican-american. We are both young professionals who work full-time, one is an engineer the other a social worker. We are looking for one (1) individual to rent one (1) private bedroom in our 3 bedroom home. It is a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. You will have access to all kitchen appliances, washer & dryer, front yard/patio, street parking only. Costs: $/monthly rent (due on the 1st of every month), $ deposit due at move in, $/monthly for utilities (includes gas, water, power, trash, and wifi). Ideally we are looking for another young professional who is responsible, clean, and reliable. We are open to age and gender, but please keep in mind we are 2 young females and it is important we feel safe and comfortable.
