Two bedrooms available at $ a month for each plus $ each for utilities to cover
water and electricity usage. There is a bathroom next to the bedrooms. If the second room is rented out, it will be a shared bathroom between roommates. If you want to rent both rooms we can do a bulk price for the two.

There is a community lake for fishing (catch and release) and a community pool. My monthly mortgage is $ plus and going up soon on a tier. I do live in the home. I like to cook and also stay pretty clean. We can work together and keep this new home in good shape. We can also discuss lease length.
No renting the room out as a sub lease like Airbnb etc. Electricity and water costs are currently average around $ so it's a fair rate. If costs go up, we can talk about any additional funds required to pay for the bills between us. No mining and electricity projects. The area is HOA.
