Hi, my name is Maritsa. I am a -year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The monthly rent is $, that's all utilities included and the room is available immediately. It's currently me, and two other rooms with roommates. We're all super calm, communicative, adaptable, and considerate humans.
I have 4 cats, and another roommate has his small dog. My cats wander the home as they've lived here with me the last 3 years, but they mind their business and don't make a mess. My roommates dog stays in his room and is a sweet angel.
I'm looking for a roommate who matches the house energy, keeps up after themself, and treats this house like they would their own home.
We all clean up after each other as needed and are happy to, but we have communal understanding that it is each of our jobs to keep the home a beautiful clean place.
I work from home, and everyone else has flexible schedules. We don't really have loud noisy nights to ensure everyone can relax and unwind from their day.
The pool in the back is a personal favorite spot to unwind and relax on the weekend when the sun is out.
We have 3 fridges and a deep chest freezer, as well as a walk in pantry, and tons of kitchen cabinet space so we all stay organized.
