Looking for s roommate!

We're looking for a new roommate to move in to our place with us!

You will get the master bedroom with the attached bathroom and walk-in closet. WiFi is provided at no cost to you. Washer/dryer are in-unit. Price is $/mo (well under the total rent price of the unit).

The bedroom is unfurnished, the living room is already furnished with a sectional, bar chairs, and a TV.

Our names are Daniel and Brittany. We're a married couple in our late 's. We both work full time jobs and are on top of our bills, and lead low maintenance, low drama lives.

We are only considering females or couples currently. Brittany's work hours have her at home alone very often and she is much more comfortable at home alone if our roommate is female.

We have 1 dog, who is a rescue and is unpredictable around other animals so we cannot bring in any cats or dogs at this time (pets that live in an enclosure are welcome).

In the common areas, we have a smart TV/Roku, and a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and a myriad of appliances that are completely fair game to use.

We do not have any more parking passes available for our unit. Street parking is available, safe, and barely any further than the parking lot. Daytime parking is open to anyone with or without a pass (as long as the vehicle is moved by 9pm). If you'd like a garage, we can get one rented from the front office for an extra $/mo.
