Hi! I am a -year-old engineer working near Littleton, Tipperary. I am looking for a houseshare in Kilkenny or surrounding areas. I hope to move in as soon as possible and have a budget of € (all bills included). If bills are not included in rent, my budget is € less bills.

My working hours are , and will be leaving the house sometime between weekday mornings. I am clean, sociable, a non-smoker, and usually go to bed before on weekdays.

I am looking for a private room (can be double or single) with a minimum 6 month lease, and I can move in immediately.
