Hi, Candysue I own a 4 bedroom gladstone colonial less than 3 miles from SUNY SB in Stony Brook, Long Island NY New York USA. I am looking for responsible adults to share my home. Each studio room has its own kitchenette ( mini frig microwave coffee/tea pot, burner, slow cooker popcorn maker etc . The monthly rent is between $ for a small single room to $ for a large studio room queen bed or private entry and deck. $ Two rooms are available End of December and include ALL utilities. Furnished with bedding sheets new pillows and comforters, baths cleaned weekly, and laundry done for u. Main kitchen schedule available for your use as well.

I also do landscape gardening and snow removal. If the rent is high, I can offer u $ hours of organizing my barn and garage and helping me to sell items on FB craigs etc or if u want to help me with my yard flower and vegitable gardens and pond.

Looking for Longer term people. Leases months or more can use my address for the license and mail. Cameras on property. 4 friendly dogs also on property. 3 cattle dogs and a border collie.
