Full disclosure going through a divorce and need some help on bills with the house while I get myself up on my feet. Start with 6 month lease to see how we fit than you can sign a year. I have a finished 3rd floor loft if you have a child and if you have a dog we can meet at a dog park to see how the boys get along. all bills paid but I can go as low as 1k for the right person. The house has plenty of space to stretch out and minutes from downtown and all major highways. The room has a jack and Jill bathroom with my other spare bedroom that is a office/gym space you're welcome to use. 2 car garage for the ev people.
