Seeking a new roommate!

Hi there, my current roomie is moving home and I'm looking to find a new one. I'm an actor with a day job looking to find someone else here in LA for the long haul. The rental price listed is the new roommates half of rent. Spacious 2 bedroom with large living room and kitchen. Coin laundry on the back of the building. A shared parking space with ample street parking. Plenty of storage in the apartment with new windows and AC. I've been here for almost 9 years now and haven't found a spot like this anywhere else for the price. Looking for someone clean, considerate and creative. I'm a bit of a movie and video game nerd and hope we can mesh together well. Pictures of the room are as my current roommate has it, he let me know the bed is available to stay if the new person needs it. Room comfortably fits a queen size bed desk, chair and portable AC.
