Hi, My Name is Julius. I am a local photographer filmmaker and entertainer. I am looking for a like minded to rent a room in my house. We live in an upscale neighborhood near the Chandler Fashion Center. I love it here and hopefully you will too. We very much keep this place as our sanctuary, and drama free zone, so If you constantly bring people over, or if spend time yelling into your phone, please look somewhere else.
