furnished bedroom with private bath

Hello I have a bedroom for rent with a private bath in a quiet house near SR. Very ideal if you work in celebration or Disney less than minutes away from both locations ... lease is month-to-month up to one year max does require a background check... the other occupant in the house would be me recently an empty nester hence why I am renting out a room . I work as a mobile DJ and also work days during the week at my part-time job... or taking care of my daughter, I'm super easy-going, all about no drama... looking for a Roommmate with a similar outlook, no drama just looking to make and save money ... the bedroom is furnished with a bed, dresser, smart TV and desk. you'll have the bathroom to yourself (for the most part) ... the shared living spaces would include the kitchen, which is huge so if you love cooking, it's perfect. There is a huge dining area with a lounge chair and TV to hang out. big laundry room to do laundry ... There is an outside patio and a fenced in backyard. I am open to a dog, but it would require a nonrefundable deposit and it is limited to the size of the dog the semi shared areas would also include the living room ... I am very selective about who I bring around my daughter so If I don't respond I don't feel it's a good fit. Thank you.
