A bedroom is furnished with a bed, a mattress, a soft blanket, and a bedding bundle. The bed sheet will be changed according to the hot and cold seasons. The room includes a moderate closet for one person. It is a few steps to the shared bathroom which is expected to keep clean every week. The kitchen equipped with a 4-burner natural gas range is shared for cooking and enjoying meal with each other. Shared food capacities are available for moderate refrigerator and pantry spaces. The dining room has capacity for 6 seats.

Besides the available indoor activities in the house, there are also a lot of available outdoor amenities to use in the neighborhood amenity center including summer pool, and a BBQ grill area. This is an HOA community named Northpoint which is safe and sound. The neighbors are friendly and often enjoy their walks and their family time outside.

Clean, neat, tidy, friendly, easy-going, diligent white-collars and students are welcome to the house and share not only the space but also the moments with like minded roommates. Respecting each other space and time but also offering assistance is how the homeowner is. The homeowner is a professional in Architecture, currently attending graduate school of Architecture at Arlington, a music lover, a modest artist in illustration and rendering who is hard working and open for like-minded roommates.
