Current roomate are very mellow introverted, working professionals, no party, no druggie, just a clean quiet place.

The rent include water & trash. However the electricity & wifi is split up among the roomates. No pet, one person per room, no overnight guest.

Its by the corner of gulf to bay & missouri, near downtown clearwater, and very close to the beach. There is no laundry at the house, but there is Two coin laundry places across the street within walking distance.
