Hello! My mother and I have a spacious master bedroom with a private bathroom available in a house located in Northeast Raleigh. Ready for an IMMEDIATE move-in! You'd be sharing the space with us and one cat, Shockwave (M). We are looking for a roommate to stay until April .

Utilities (water, gas, electric, internet).

This home is minutes from downtown Raleigh, and 5 mins to restaurants, grocery store etc. and within walking distance of GoRaleigh bus stops. Mins from Wake Tech Northern campus.
Spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen are available to use at your discretion. Equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air and heat. Furniture in bedroom shown in photos (queen size bed, dresser, desk, shelf, and table) are optional.
An application through the property management company is required. $ fee.
Open to all genders. Female most preferred. Any age, any occupation welcome!
