My home is in a nice neighborhood, south of Old Towne, within walking distance of two bus stops, shopping centers, and a gym. The new Fairfax Rec Center is within walking distance. Wi-Fi and utilities are included in the rent, and a little dog or a cat is welcome. A dog park is nearby. Parking is on the street.
