My roommates and I are looking for someone to rent a bedroom in our house! We are all young professionals and looking for a friendly, respectful, and tidy female roommate.
Here are the details: Available May 1st. Large bedroom in a two thousand sq. ft Clairemont home for $ per month. Shared bathroom and half-bath. Located on a cul-de-sac, with a beautiful relaxing backyard and pool, air conditioning, large kitchen, family room and living room. Washer and dryer included. 2 car garage for storage, a driveway and plenty of street parking. LGBT+ friendly. Month to month lease, but perfer long term tenant.
No smoking or additional pets. We currently have a dog named Peaches. She is very friendly with people, well trained, and stays outside most of the day.
Conveniently close to everything: Walking distance to Genesee and Balboa/ Clairemont Mesa. Easy access to minutes to UCSD, USD and Mesa College, minutes to Downtown, Mira Mesa, PB. Utilities separate
