I'm looking for a roommate to sign a -
month lease starting March st. The apartment is at Hull Street (Bushwick meets Bed Stuy) by the L/A/C/J trains (5 min walk for each). The apartment is a -full bath with two levels. There's a full living room upstairs and a smaller one downstairs attached to the kitchen.

In building, there is a gym, study lounge, large laundry room, and bike racks. There is a 'digitial doorman'(code and FOB) and an in-building package room as well. It's an easy 5 minute walk to grocery, deli, trian, and citi-bike.

The three of us roommates (F) all know each other and are absolutely friendly. We are all servers/bartenders so we work a bit late but are amendable to being more or less social/quiet as apropriate. Very responsive to airing out needs and communcation.

We're and LGBT friendly, have a cat, and typically go out all together.

We're looking for a new roommate ASAP so please let me know what your think and I'd love to send a video of the space.
