Hey guys! I’m looking for someone to sublease my apartment space from mid May to July st. The place will come FULLY FURNISHED! The location (University Edge Apartments) is on Jefferson Ave and is a min walk away from both main and medical campus. You will have your own bedroom and spacious bathroom that is attached to your room, and a walk in-closet. Washer and dryer are also provided. Water and trash are fully covered and electricity is partially covered. There is a fully functioning gym and entertainment/theater room space in the complex. Parking within the complex is available for an additional fee but street parking is free (plenty of spots available for street parking). Rent is $ per month. Please DM me if you’re interested!
