The Avenue on College is a safe and modern apartment building with study rooms, lounges, game rooms, and its own gym. My lease is on the third floor, facing the street (College Avenue) and has easy access through both the elevators and stairs. It is % pre-furnished.

My current price is $/mo, but I am planning on ** $ worth of the lease per month for whoever takes it, bringing it to $.** I am in a 4-bedroom, however the other three will be empty for next year so you can move in with others, if you would like!
