This is a brand new home built in May of . I have a room for rent and they can be rented furnished or unfurnished. The room is spacious with a large closet. This rooms has a north facing window which would be nice for night shifters. The house is spacious with two living areas so it is easy to not step on one another. There is a shared kitchen but the pantry is large so you can have room for Costco hauls. This neighborhood is off Marksheffel so it is easy to get to the thoroughfares of Colorado Springs. The neighborhood is also very quiet and has parks and greenways within walking distance
