Hello there! Looking for an independent respectful roomie so I can save money for travel adventures. A bit about the place: on the 3rd floor and corner unit, windows are south facing so sunshine all day, shared bathroom, lots of closet space, and there’s a walking path along the Mississippi River behind the apartment complex. The room in the photos would yours; currently is used as an office/guest room
. Side note, the sunrise shines into your room. Laundry is shared in basement. The landlord is fantastic as a side note. Please note that I do have 2 cats (which is max for pets).
If this jives with you hit me up :) I will respond early March as that’s when I am able to dedicate time
