Looking for a roommate

Hello there. My name is Blanca. I am going to be needing a roommate in June. I currently have a bath apartment. You will have your own bathroom access to the kitchen, laundry, dining and living room area. Please be mindful that I will be here. I work 7 days a week so I am hardly home. Sat & Sun are my longest days at work. I do have a cat that roams the house. However once I get home we go to our room. The lease will be for a year possibly longer if we see that it workouts for both. The rent includes Utilities, and parking.
