Ready for move in around March. Myself and my roomie are looking for someone to fill the master bedroom with your own bathroom and walk in closet
in a 4 bedroom townhouse. We are both professionals that work in mental health and enjoy a fairly tidy space, especially the kitchen. My roomie is extroverted with a sweet doggie and I’m an ambivert, we both enjoy art, cooking, games, etc. I’m looking for someone who is needing a place for a few months (flexible in length of stay). Move in fee includes a refundable deposit. You would have to be on the lease and pass a background check. The benefits to being on the lease is enjoying the saltwater pool and beautiful gym at the clubhouse (free snacks included). Utilities are included in rent. The room can be partially furnished with a twin or full sized bed and small sized furniture including a small tv for thirty dollars more a month. Searching for female roommate. There is street parking and a small parking lot nearby.
