Hi everyone! I'm looking for a roommate

Welcome to this beautiful North Phoenix House. This bath house is located in a beautiful Moon Valley Neighborhood, has a great HOA & 2 car garage. It is VERY spacoius at square feet & the house is located in the mountains. The backyard gives a full view with turph and rocks. The owner takes care of the back and front yards, & pays for the water bill.


The room that is available for rent is a bedroom with a shared bathroom. Pictures are in the listing. The rent is $ for the room plus electricity & WI-FI. 6 month lease is available & then if you are interested in signing for next year, we can chat about that.

I'm Angela and I'm & have been living here for a year come February.

To give you an idea of what I am looking for in a roommate would be this criteria

- Extremely clean
- Respectful with communication
- Probably someone in their mid s (women preferred).
- Someone that is not partying every night (I love my sleep)
- I am into holistic health so someone that is in to that or is open to that life style.
- I don't use candles or strong fragrances, & harsh cleaners etc.
- Someone that does have a job & pays rent on time.
- I have sensitivities to mold so if you are sensitive, we will be in a place is that is low mold.
- Someone that is ok with animals as I have an 8 year old long haired chihuahua who is very sweet.
- If you are into health & fitness, that's plus. Love working out and eating healthy.
- No children or couples
