We are three guys looking for another guy to add to our great townhouse.

It's modern and tri-level and we keep it clean and tidy.

Never any dirty dishes in the sink.

It's spacious and quiet at night and you would share the bathroom with just one other guy.

Sorry... No couples or children

Great location near everything.

We are seeking a guy who is:

Trustworthy
Sociable
Not into drugs
Outside smoker is fine
Indoor drinker is fine
No criminal background please

A small well-behaved dog would be considered.

This really is a great place to call home.

The term is month to month

Utilities are split equally by four.

If you need a bed there is a comfortable full size bed you're welcome to use otherwise it can be removed.
