Small Vacant Room for rentt

Description

This is a small room for rent. I believe you are better with a full size or twin bed. It has the small closet as the images show and it’s a little deep at the floor so you can put stuff there. I do have the attic if you have additional things you like to store. The heat is at the top as the image shows and since it’s a small room you don’t have to worry about the cold winter. I keep the thermostat at tops depending on what the weather is. I do prefer a woman but I can make an exception if you’re truly desperate and in need, I just ask that you be responsible and respectful. I’m a man of God and I treat everyone with love and kindness so I expect the same in return. I can work with pricing just be open and real with me. You don’t need references necessarily and all I will need is the first month before moving in. I have two daughters that don’t live with me but I will be planning on starting to bring them over and I need to know that they will be safe in the house. Family is very important to me. I’m from the Bronx NY originally. I’m chill, lay back and cool but I will be firm when needed as well. I’m a song writer, I do journaling and read my Bible as well as Bible studies. It be nice if my roommate is a believer which would be amazing however everyone is in their own process and journey so I do respect it. I don’t cuss but that’s just me.
