We have an upstairs bedroom available February st with the option to discuss renewing in the Berkeley/West Highlands neighborhood. The house is located off of Tennyson Street. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in walkable distance, a Safeway less than a mile away, and we are under a 2 minute drive to I- to make travel easy!
It's a bath house. You would share an upstairs bathroom with one other, while two would be living in the basement sharing the basement bathroom. All are female roommates in their mid to late twenties who are extremely welcoming and friendly, live active lifestyles, and respect common spaces as well as downtime that's needed.
Rent is $ a month not including utilities, which run between $ on average. It would be a 4 month lease, February st, with the option to discuss renewal.
