Heights, it’s a quiet and comfortable neighborhood only minutes from the heart of Knoxville. I’m looking for a roommate that is around my age and able to sign a one year lease. (Can be renewed)

The room can easily fit a full size bed and other furniture. It has a closet and a ceiling level shelf that runs in an L shape along two walls. The house has a porch with a seating area, grill, washer and dryer, dishwasher, a large backyard, and a long driveway for you to park safely off of the main road. I am the homeowner and there are no other roommates. I often work nights and I am attending Pellissippi SCC. I live pretty quietly but don’t mind sharing a meal or gaming every so often. The neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. I have two well behaved cats, do not smoke or drink, and have taken good care of my home.
