Available January Bedroom ONLY - Looking for SINGLE OCCUPANT to rent 1 room in a house where you will have 2 roommates. This is NOT an entire house for rent.

Price includes Gas, Internet, Cable. It does NOT include DWP (water, power, trash sewer). I have 2 hypoallergenic / non shedding scottish terriers so you must be pet friendly. However, I do not want to any other pets in the house at this time.

You would have your own room with a mounted TV on the wall and a Roku. The shared bathroom
has 2 sinks and has a door separating the sinks and the toilet / shower area so you are still able to brush your teeth or do your hair if our roommate was in the shower (see photo). Room will ready for move in January . Must show proof of income and pass background to be considered.

Minimum lease 3 month but could be longer.
