Private room with private bathroom

Description

Our current lease is signed through Feb , so I’m looking for someone to sublease for a month lease starting Feb .

About the place:

- Rent is $ for the room- utilities included.
The room for rent includes a private bathroom across the hall (see pics)

- The building is called The Ellington, located at Chestnut Street (1 min walk to City Hall, both subway lines (BSL & MFL) and 8 min walk to Rittenhouse Square).

- The condo has a washer/dryer, central air and full kitchen including a dishwasher. There is also a gym on the 5th floor and a lounge on the 6th floor (our floor).

- The building requires a key fob for entrance and has a door man . This is the safest place I’ve lived in Philly by far!!



About my roomie:
- Monisha turns in Feb and works hour shifts at an urgent care in fishtown 4ish days per week.

- Monisha’s hobbies include playing on her switch, spending time with her dog, reading, hanging out with friends and watching tv.

- Monisha shares a lb dog with her parents in Long Island (his name is Subbu and he’s a sweetheart) he spends time in Philly weeks per month.


Ideal roommate:

- Preferably female/female-identifying and liberal (LGBTQ+ positive, pro-choice)

- Willing to apply/undergo a background check (I am getting more info on this from my landlord)


Other key points;
- the Wi-Fi is currently in my name, we split the $ bill evenly.
- Our living room tv has regular channels as well as Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, etc
- The room can be left furnished for free (the bed you see in the photos, lamp, etc)
