Room for rent, one person only. No smoking, and no alcohol. One small pet accepted. Must have a job. Must be willing to sign a rental agreement. Bathroom is shared, but it's always kept cleaned. Washer and dryer available. AC and Heater available. I’m looking for someone that I can assure I'll be safe, comfortable, and trust.
