I have two rooms available come January for rent in the towncenter right behind the Publix.
It is a walking distance from all the stores in the towncenter and around 5mins drive to UNF.

!!!! It is not currently furnished !!!
- Both rooms that are available are on the third floor, washer and dryer are included -

I’m asking for a month with everything included
What’s included:
- rent,
- utilities
- WiFi
- HOA fees
- a monthly cleaner

I have two cats so I ask for no more felines but if you have any other pets we can talk about it!
