I’m looking for someone who wants to take my lease over. I am hoping to find someone to move in asap! There was a $ deposit but I have decided that whomever rents the apartment can just have it once the lease ends.

The rent in total is $ monthly. The total includes, rent, water, WiFi, valet trash service (you set your trash out by your door and facilities comes around and takes everyone’s trash every night and you have a pull out trash can in the lower cabinet by the kitchen sink), fetch (when you order packages, fetch is a program they use to deliver straight to your door step and you can schedule when you want your package there), and all your hour access amenities which include the following:

Clubhouse - has a full size kitchen you can use and can have party, game room/movie room, office spaces, 1 pool and a full size gym, with an additional stretch room.

It’s a pretty active community and it’s also quiet which is definitely nice! Up in the hills with great views and excluded from the main roads, but also only min from downtown.
