Nestled at the end of a dead end street, this townhome is in a building of 4 units. A very quiet neighborhood 5 minutes walking distance to Miller's Landing on the Deschutes River, minute walk to Market of Choice, minute walk to the nearest Safeway grocery. A great outside deck and a small outside hosting space for a BBQ or setting up a hammock or slackline. Storage shed outside attached to the home. Washer and dryer are included and are in the downstairs bath. All new kitchen appliances. A total of 3 people would be residing here + 1 very well behaved dog. (Negotiable if there is another pet, no cats - we are sadly allergic.)

About us : we are both in the food and beverage/tourist + hospitality industry in Bend and are active skiers and campers. We will be having friends take advantage of our mountain and would stay in our guest room. Your guests are more than welcome, too, as it is a shared space. Both of us are in our mid thirties, we usually stay at home after work and occasionally go out. We are big foodies so we occasionally like to host food parties.

$/month for rent water/sewer/trash is flate rate $/month. We would split internet and electric.
