I'm a current student at Northumbria that will leave from Newcastle on January as my exchange programme ends. I'm offering a tenancy takeover of my current room to start on January. It is a private room with private bathroom, shared kitchen with other four flatmates. Large stove, dishwasher, wash machine, dryer, toaster, fridge, microwave are included at the flat.
