Private Room in House sharing

We have a room available in our 3
bedroom house!

Ground floor furnished double bedroom (single occupant) available from the .

Unfortunately, there are stairs so not accessible for wheelchair users.

We are looking for generous, friendly, and tidy people, who want to join our queer household. They must be comfortable around dogs as we have a little visitor sometimes!

You will be living with two queer Italians: Carlo (myself) and Giancarlo.

The house has a garden and a spacious living room (see photos attached).

We're in Tottenham (N mins walk from Bruce Grove Station (Overground), mins walk to Tottenham Hale or sister (Victoria line).

There are various close by shops including ASDA, ALDI, ICELAND, POUNDLAND and SUPERDRUG (all around minutes walk). WE ALSO HAVE A off-licence less than 5 minutes walk away.

At times, we love to host dinners, feast in the garden, and have movie nights. However, we do all work during the week and tend to be quiet most weekdays.

MAIN DETAILS:

→ Room ( PCM + Bills (internet, council, water, electricity and gas)

→ official contract with landlord/agency will be signed from Jan , the month of December will be sublet.

→ we do require formal reference systems or documents

→ no benefit unfortunately

→ £ deposit required for room (1)
