Renting one furnished room in a Chino Hills home. Utilities included, full-house access and privileges, including home gym setup with a rack, bar and weights, adjustable dumbbell set, treadmill, and cable set. Clean, quiet, women-only home with a small indoor dog. Looking for a single tenant that’s clean, communicative, and COVID-conscious.

You’d be moving in with my senior mother and I. Due to her age and pre-existing conditions we ask that tenant would be mindful and respectful of maintaining a safe, clean environment in shared spaces to avoid illness transmission and we will extend the same courtesy. Currently not considering other pets in the home -
dog is fearful of other animals, and we are allergic to cats.

Room is approximately elevenXnine.
Large shared Jack and Jill style bathroom that is connected to the master bedroom and hallway, privacy doorknobs on both entrances. Keyed entry on all bedrooms for peace of mind.

Washer, dryer, and clothes line in the garage. Fridge and cabinet space for your pantry/groceries, you’re welcome to use all dish ware and appliances. Outdoor grill, fire pit, patio dining set in backyard with a pergola for shade makes for a great outdoor space. Spectrum internet and TV. Full time driveway parking on a safe street. Outdoor security cameras.
