Hi! I am trying to find someone to take over my lease. It's $ upstairs apartment off the strip with a full-size washer and dryer, a wood burning fireplace, and a bar. Very quiet for the area, great management company, and clean complex. The lease is good thru . You would just need to fill out the application with a $ fee for the credit check and your last two pay stubs to show you make 3x the rent to take it over. There are no additional move in fees on approved credit. Once approved, you would be added to the lease, and I would be able to remove myself from the lease, and you won't have any move in costs. You will then need to get renters insurance (I pay $ a year with AAA) and I have been about $ a month for equal pay for the electricity.
The complex is gated with hot tub, two tennis courts, and a gym.
I have lived there since and have loved it, but a life change is forcing me to move out of state.
I paid for November for already so will not expect the pro-rated rent.
