The house itself is just about hundred sqft with two living areas and an open kitchen, offering plenty of space to relax or entertain. The kitchen features granite countertops, a center island, and tons of cabinet space for all your cooking essentials.

This house is filled with natural light, custom paint, and sleek wood laminate flooring throughout. It’s a welcoming, peaceful place to call home.

Location & Amenities:
The house is located in a great neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, and South Mountain Park for hiking. You’re also close to a casino, golf course, and a large park for outdoor activities. Whether you’re commuting to work or just enjoying a relaxing day off, you’ll love the location!

About the Roommate:
Currently, there’s one roommate, me — a financial analyst that mainly works in-office Monday through Friday. I am friendly, active, and value a clean and comfortable living environment with shoes off at the door preferably. I am looking for someone who’s responsible, respectful, and preferably a daily commuter with no pets. A 3-month minimum lease is required (couples are welcomed with price adjustment). A security deposit equal to the first month's rent is required.
