In mid February I will have a room available for rent on the 2nd floor in Oswego, IL. I have other friendly male roommates. I live in a single-family home in a quiet neighborhood in Oswego, IL. If you party, drink excessively, smoke anything... then my place is most definitely not for you. Rent includes *** BRAND NEW ATTACHED PRIVATE BATHROOM with a BIDET TOILET !!! ***, use of kitchen, living room, laundry room (includes laundry detergent), flat screen television in bedroom, streaming service, wifi & off street parking space for average size car. Pets are never allowed. Very periodical overnight guests can be discussed. The bedroom is very recently renovated with fresh paint, new trim, doors & ceiling fan. The bedroom is furnished with a bed & dressers. A new hardwood floor was installed less than 2 years ago. ABILITY TO GET ALONG WITH OTHER ROOMMATES IS A MUST. You MUST be responsible for cleaning up after yourself. Shoes cannot be worn in the house & must be left at the door. I do run a credit & criminal background check on all my roommates.
