Located on the second floor of a historic building (not handicap accessible, sorry!) walking distance to great nightlife, restaurants, parks, grocery stores. Laundry in the basement, common area patio in the rear. Street parking only, but never too hard to find a spot. Garbage and recycling in alley. Pets are allowed. I am happy to include any/all furnishings if desired. Utilities are a flat $e
a month, include water, garbage, heat, sewer. Electricity is thru Xcel and is paid separately, usually comes in around $thirty a month for me. Window AC. No internet currently set up.
